Head to the company's office at 400 W. Nationwide Blvd., and you'll find 100 employees filling 23,000 square feet. You'll also find a vintage industrial theme, the "Forklift Cafe" and a variety of wall displays showing off the company's history.
Speaking of history, how does the 52-year-old company fit the brand of Columbus Inno, a publication focused on startups and technology-enabled innovators?
Well, there are robots.
The company uses innovative automated systems and robotics to make its "operations run more efficiently and provide cost savings to (its) clients," according to an email from a spokesman.

About ODW Logistics: Founded in 1971, ODW Logistics specializes in integrated logistics solutions, meaning it not only stores product in its warehouses, but also manages the transportation from warehouses to end user. The company works with hundreds of brands in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, personal care and consumer goods, among others, a spokesman said.
About the contest: Throughout the month of March, Columbus Inno will run slideshows of local offices, in the hunt for the region's coolest. At the end of the month, we'll hold a vote to determine our winner.
