Brian is the Senior Director of Operations Excellence here at ODW Logistics. He will celebrate his 1 year anniversary with ODW this July. Brian graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Industrial Engineering. After graduating he spent roughly 8 years in manufacturing and the last 20 years in distribution. His 20 years in logistics has been comprised of consulting, food distribution in a network of 15 facilities, retail apparel, and direct selling fulfillment. The last half of his career has been focused on operational support and leading teams in process improvements, material handling equipment projects, system projects, productivity accountability, and other key operational initiatives.
Providing value to our clients is very important to Brian and his team. As they standardize core processes and tools, current clients will realize operational efficiencies that deliver a competitive advantage to their supply chain. New clients benefit greatly because the time to ramp up their business is reduced and efficiencies are realized sooner.
