ODW Logistics, Inc. Receives The American Institute of Bakers Certification

(Columbus, Ohio) ODW Logistics, Inc. is pleased to have received certification from The American Institute of Bakers International (AIB) in both their California and Chicago facilities. The Columbus campus has received this superior rating for several years.

"AIB certification provides documented proof of our commitment to our customers for providing a safe and secure environment for food and food grade products", said Jon Petticrew, Vice-President of Operations at ODW Logistics, Inc.

As part of the rigorous standards, the facilities are subject to audits conducted by customers, The Department of Agriculture, and the FDA. In addition, in-house sanitarians and industry leading fumigation and pest control third-party services are incorporated. Associates are trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), as well as participate in numerous internal training classes each year.

"We believe AIB certification and particularly superior ratings from AIB demonstrate a better understanding of food safety compliance and propel the warehouses that meet that standard to satisfactorily completing the tasks related to food product handling."
