Majestic Realty Signs ODW Logistics at Spectrum Business Park

CHINO, Calif. (Jan., 2008)- Majestic Realty Co. today announced that ODW Logistics, Inc. has signed a long-term lease to occupy the 300,000-square-foot Building 30 in the Majestic Spectrum business park. ODW Logistics is a leader in shared logistics, contract logistics and transportation services.

In fact, ODW recently acquired The Olson Company, jump-starting its move into the California market, said Trent Wylde, regional director of development and leasing for Majestic Realty. Building 30 is located 13725-13835 Pipeline Ave. in Chino.

The Majestic Spectrum is a 425-acre master-planned business park, comprising more than 5 million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial space. First acquired in 1989, the site has been transformed into a booming manufacturing, transportation, warehousing and retail hub in the heart of the Inland Empire, Wylde explained.

"By signing this lease at the Majestic Spectrum, ODW has a strategic location to serve its customer base throughout southern California," Wylde said.

ODW provides logistics services for Pioneer Electronics, Edwards Lifesciences and Broan NuTone, among others.

"ODW's expansion to California is centered on the Chino distribution center's location," said John Ness, president of ODW Logistics, Inc. "This strategic location allows us to service our existing customers from Irvine and Long Beach as well as attract new clients."

Wylde, along with Majestic broker Justin D. Wheeler represented the owner-developer in the transaction. Tim O'Rourke and Dan McGillicuddy of The Staubach Company in Los Angeles represented ODW.
